Terms and Conditions of Sale – Mega Outlet 24

Sales made through the website https://megaoutlet24.com/ are considered mail-order sales (Art. 22 DPR 633/72) and therefore do not require a tax receipt (DPR 696/96).

1. Definitions

• Mega Outlet 24: the brand and website marketing the products.
• Buyer: the end consumer.
• Seller: the entity indicated in the official contact section.

2. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded when the order is submitted online and subsequently confirmed via email or message.

3. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
• Credit/Debit Card

4. Delivery

Shipping is handled through national and international couriers. Delivery is guaranteed within 30 days unless otherwise communicated to the Buyer.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. For international shipments, any customs/duty charges are borne by the Buyer.

6. Product Availability

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Buyer will be promptly notified and may request a refund or replacement.

7. Liability

Mega Outlet 24 shall not be held liable for delays or issues caused by force majeure, couriers, or third-party service providers.

8. Legal Warranty

A 24-month legal warranty applies for lack of conformity. The Buyer must report the defect within 2 months from discovery.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has 14 days to withdraw without providing a reason, by contacting support@megaoutlet24.com — return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

10. Product Exchange

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery. Photo evidence is required. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
