1. Shipping Coverage

Mega Outlet 24 ships to Italy and all countries within the European Union.

  • We deliver to the address provided at checkout (home, office, physical address).
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or incomplete addresses.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the entered address is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or returns.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after purchase confirmation. During peak promotions, seasonal events or holidays, processing may take up to 72 business hours.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 24–48 business hours after dispatch
  • Other EU Countries: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Delivery times shown are average courier estimates and may vary based on destination, logistics and product availability.

3. Shipping Costs
